Hi! Welcome to my little space on the inter-webs.

I’m Sarah, a wife, a mom, a Christ follower and someone trying to figure it all out! My husband and I live on the east coast with our 3 kids. C is 6, P1 is 4 and P2 is 17 months. I love spending time with my family, cooking, reading and entertaining.

In a former life I was a high school math teacher.  I know it sounds scary and parts of it definitely were but for the most part I love seeing my students learning and comprehending new materials. I taught for 7 years and then when I got pregnant with our second child we decided that our budget was finally ready for me to stay home. Which in all honesty had been a dream of mine forever.  Being a mom was something that I have always wanted and although it took us a few years to get there it has been a dream come true.

When I was home on maternity leave with my daughter 7 years ago (whoa!) I discovered blogs and decided I should try to make one about all the trials and tribulations of trying new things in the ever present quest to be the best human being that we can be.  So I bought my domain and then life happened. So now 2 more kids later I am finally embarking on this journey.

I hope to share with you all some stories from my life, lessons I have learned, things that I am working on, and ways to help us all be better.
